Guided and supported by Lucy our wonderful cold water expert. Nurture yourself in the heat facilities of the wellness bud with sauna and steam and find rest to restore yourself. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou can also book yourself a treatment for an afternoon slot to fully embrace the day. This will ensure you a treatment in the afternoon.
