Matt

Matt is a yoga teacher rooted in the classical traditions, originally trained in Ashtanga and Vinyasa in Mysuru, India, and since expanded into Yin, Yoga Nidra, pranayama and meditation. His classes draw on the threads that run through ancient Indian and Chinese wisdom, modern neuroscience and quantum physics. Not to overwhelm, but to make the invisible feel tangible and the complex feel accessible.

He's drawn to the places where different traditions point at the same truth, and his teaching reflects that being grounded in the physical, alive to the energetic, and always looking for what actually works in a real human body living a normal human life.

Alongside his yoga practice Matt works with men specifically, helping them bridge the gap between the life they're performing and the one they actually want to be living. With a background in CBT, NLP, Reiki, HeartMath Heart Coherence training and nervous system regulation, he brings a rare blend of embodied practice and evidence-informed understanding to his work, the kind that doesn't ask you to choose between the science and the soul.

He is, at heart, a student first. He’s always studying, always questioning, always looking for the next layer of understanding to bring back to your ears.
