I invite you to Divine Dance, this is an invitation to return to your natural radiance. To rediscover the light that lives within each of us; a quiet brilliance that often gets dimmed by the noise of everyday life.
Through a gentle cacao ceremony we unfurl into movement of body & breath. We reconnect with the beauty of our bodies, the rhythm of our hearts, and the deeper intelligence that flows through all living things. As we move, we begin to soften, to open, and to shine from a place of truth within ourselves. We close with relaxation, an opportunity to lie down, integrate & soften further.
Divine Dance is not about performance or perfection. It is about expression, connection, and coming home to your own inner light. Here, we dance as we are; wild, soft, powerful, and free, guided by the wisdom of nature and the quiet pull of something greater.
