Pure Relaxation Retreat Day

A chance to find balance and harmony with time and space to find inner peace and stillness.

Arrive from 9am. Bring books, drawing, hobbies or flick through our wellness materials and enjoy the peaceful music.

Replenish with healthy refreshments and plant powered lunch. Use of our Wellness Bud (steam and sauna) is available in the afternoon. 

The day also includes a bespoke 50 minute treatment, where our therapists can offer anything from massage and Daoyin Tao to reflexology. You can speak to your therapist on the day to decide what’s best for you.
