Mantra and Cacao Ceremony (Sacred Sound Circle)

Join Katie and Debbie in discovering the power of music and mantras. Begin with the heart opening and ancient medicine of cacao guided by Debbie, before journeying through connection, voice activation and song. 
Mantras and chants have been used throughout the world for thousands of years - ultimately to bring light and peace in many different cultures and languages throughout time. 

Our session will aim to raise the vibration of ourselves, the space and to resonate out to the Earth and surroundings whilst feeling the potential of connection in the sangha (sacred community gathering)

You do not need to think you can sing to access this space- it is simply about intention and sound. To meditate on a mantra is enough to bring it into being. Nothing is expected of you in this space - to simply be as you are. 

Cacao contraindications- heart medication, anti-depressants and pregnancy/breast feeding.
