As part of your Retreat Day, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy a personalised 45 minute treatment with me, chosen to support exactly what your body and mind need.

During your consultation, you'll have the opportunity to choose from one of the following:

• No-Hands Massage – a slow, deeply effective bodywork technique that eases muscular tension, calms the nervous system and leaves you feeling properly restored.
• Holistic Facial – a corneotherapy-led facial that nurtures your skin barrier while also giving you a moment of real stillness. Calming for your skin and your headspace in equal measure.
• Reflexology – gentle, focused pressure work through the feet that supports relaxation and invites the body back into balance.

Whether you're seeking time to unwind, release the stresses of everyday life or simply enjoy a moment of quiet self-care, your treatment will be tailored to support you exactly where you are.

Complete your retreat feeling nurtured, balanced and beautifully restored, carrying a sense of calm with you long after your day at The Acorn has come to an end.
