Step into this sacred pause as we gather to celebrate the turning of the wheel of the year

Each sacred seasons sound journey is a nurturing space to rest, I will invite you to slow down, reconnect with natures rhythm and align with the energy each season brings

We will begin with heart opening ceremonial cacao, creating space to arrive fully in the present

Through guided seasonal rituals, intention setting and fire pit release, we will align with the astrology for that particular season and restored with a crystal bowl sound journey and drumming shower

This will leave you feeling grounded, rested and more aligned with the season
