Join Helen & Jane for an evening of grounding, Cacao, connection and Shamanic Drumming.

After settling into the womb like space of the Lotus Studio we will take a moment ground ourselves. Helen will then guide us through a Cacao ceremony, where we will offer gratitude as we receive this beautiful heart opening medicine.

There will be time for connection & reflection as Jane guides us through several rounds of intention led Shamanic Drumming. When we drum together, magic happens!

The evening will close with a guided meditation or drum journey.

No experience necessary, spare drums and rattles available for use.

We understand that plans change, so when you’ve booked with us, we offer a 48 hour cancellation requirement. If you cancel 48 hours before your appointment by contacting a member of our team, you can book an alternative day/event. With less than 48 notice, we are unable to offer a refund.
