I’m a holistic practitioner passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves on a deeper level
My journey began in the hair and beauty industry, where I spent 10 years as a hairdresser before naturally expanding into holistic therapies alongside my salon work. Over more than 20 years of working closely with clients, in the salon and within family homes on a mobile basis, I have developed a deep passion for creating safe, nurturing spaces where people can relax, release, and feel truly supported.
My love for reflexology began during my first pregnancy, when I experienced first-hand just how nurturing, balancing, and restorative it is. Having that quiet time for deep rest and connection guided me further into holistic work and inspired me to share its grounding benefits with others through my practice.
I offer bespoke treatments including reflexology, massage, facials, Reiki, crystal bowl sound healing, and intuitive energy work. Crystals are gently incorporated into my treatments to support healing, balance, grounding, and energetic alignment.
Alongside my healing work, I have a deep love for oracle and Tarot cards, which I use intuitively for guidance, reflection, and insight. I believe they can offer gentle reassurance, clarity, and a deeper connection to yourself and your path.
Every session is intuitively guided and tailored to what you need in the moment, helping to restore balance, ease tension, and bring you back into alignment — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Alongside my one-to-one treatments, I hold crystal bowl sound journeys, full and new moon ceremonies, and retreat days. Through these sacred gatherings, I’ve had the honour of creating a beautiful and supportive sisterhood of like-minded women connected through shared healing, intention, and growth.
