To use your voucher, go to our website, acornwellness.co.uk, and view our events, retreats, treatments and sessions, then email us, info@acornwellness.co.uk, with the event you wish to book. We are really flexible on the use of gift vouchers.

(Cancelation policy applies - we require a minimum of at least 48 hours notice to amend your booking, after which the full value of the booking will be retained against your gift voucher).

We understand that plans change, so when you’ve booked with us, we offer a 48 hour cancellation requirement. If you cancel 48 hours before your appointment by contacting a member of our team, you can book an alternative day/event. With less than 48 notice, we are unable to offer a refund.
