On the cusp of Samhain, as the days grow darker and the veil between worlds is said to become thin, we invite you to gather with us for an evening of cacao, movement, sound and a little bit of magic.
Come, gather around our altar, lit by candlelit and surrounded by the whispers of autumn, sharing sacred cacao, stories and wisdom. We will journey through movement of body and breath to a beautifully curated playlist of magical music, connecting more deeply to ourselves at this threshold between light and dark.
Through breath, movement, music and rest, we offer an opportunity to soften, release and listen to whatever is stirring within. As the evening deepens, Tiff will guide us into a magical sound journey through the crystalline tones of her singing bowls, carrying us gently into the mists, with a light touch and an open heart.
Expect fairy lights, candlelight, oracle cards, Halloween-inspired music, crystal bowls, gentle movement, sacred cacao and a generous sprinkling of magic as we extend reverence to the turning of the wheel, with a little mystery, a little mischief and perhaps a sprinkling of “Practical Magic.”
Come exactly as you are to gather with us around the fire of friendship, imagination and connection as we honour this beautiful threshold and step softly into the Samhain mists.

A little note before you join us…
Cacao and sound experiences are gentle and invitational, but they may not be suitable for everyone.
Please let me know before booking if you are pregnant, have a heart or blood pressure condition, epilepsy or significant hearing sensitivity, or if you take medication that may interact with cacao.
Ceremonial cacao contains natural stimulants (theobromine and a small amount of caffeine), while sound experiences can include deep vibration and louder or resonant sounds.
If you have any medical concerns or are unsure whether cacao or sound is suitable for you, please seek advice from your GP or healthcare professional before attending.
And throughout the experience, your body gets the final say. You are always welcome to pause, rest or opt out of anything.
