Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is JUST BE

Take four hours to simply pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself

We begin with a soothing herbal tea and Powerball on arrival before you settle into a 15-minute guided body scan while lying comfortably, accompanied by the calming sounds of crystal singing bowls

You’ll have the use of a robe& towel for your visit, along with access to the steam and sauna to relax, restore, and unwind at your own pace

You will have a bespoke 45 minute treatment on the day leaving you feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and rebalanced.

*please note depending on bookings there may be availability to upgrade to a longer treatment on the day*

if you have a group of friends you would like to do this with and would like to arrange a specific date please get in touch with Tiff to arrange a bespoke package

We understand that plans change, so when you’ve booked with us, we offer a 48 hour cancellation requirement. If you cancel 48 hours before your appointment by contacting a member of our team, you can book an alternative day/event. With less than 48 notice, we are unable to offer a refund.
