🌙💗New Moon Sound Ceremony and Cacao with Tiff 💗🌙

We will gather round the fire for some moon magic where you can enjoy some medicinal cacao as I guide you through a ceremony where we will gently focus on intentions… using the smoke of the fire to release our wishes to the universe…

I will then set a healing intention under the powerful lunar energies as we move into the soothing sounds of the crystal bowls that correspond to each of the energy centers (chakras) helping to bring about balance and harmony and remove any stagnant energy blocks in the body
The sound frequencies slow our brainwaves down, quietening down our minds and allowing us to drift into a floaty,meditative state. This also allows our nervous system to rebalance as we enter the parasympathetic rest & digest response allowing your body to fully rest

Please bring warm cozy socks and a coat during winter months as we may be outside for some of the session.

Cacao contraindications- heart medication, anti-depressants and pregnancy/breast feeding.
