Seasonal Elemental Day Retreat

Join us for our Seasonal Elemental Retreat Day where we tune in to the essence of Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter.

Enjoy a warm welcome and arrive to ground yourself in the supportive energies of Acorn from 9am.

Around 9:30 we will gather in the candlelit lotus studio for a cacao ceremony (or herbal tea optional) and invite you to immerse yourself in the vibrational healing of sound. 

Engage in some seasonal ancient creating and find a connection with the gifts of Mother Earth, a reminder of our ancestral rituals and community spirit. 

Nourish yourself with a delicious plant based lunch. 

The afternoon will offer you an opportunity to revitalise and energise your body, mind and spirit in the power of the cold healing water of the Acorn ground water in a cold tub dip. Guided and supported by Lucy our wonderful cold water expert. Nurture yourself in the heat facilities of the wellness bud with sauna and steam and find rest to restore yourself. 

You can also book yourself a treatment for an afternoon slot to fully embrace the day. This will ensure you a treatment in the afternoon. You will have a consultation on the day with one of our therapists to determine which treatment you would prefer (from Body massage, Daoyin Tao, Holistic facial, Indian head massage, Hot stones massage, Reflexology, Reiki and Reiki drumming).

You may wish to bring two sets of swimwear, one for the cold dip and another for the steam and sauna. Some flip flops or shoes you can slip on and off easily may also be useful.
