This Facial is utilised alongside a homecare programme to ensure your skin receives the best possible support and products throughout the changing seasons.

As a certified Fast Like a Girl mentor, she specialises in supporting women, particularly through perimenopause and beyond, to use fasting as a powerful, sustainable tool for energy, mood, metabolism and more. Her approach is grounded in nourishment and rhythm, helping women embrace fasting in harmony with their hormones in a way that feels supportive, flexible and deeply attuned to their body's wisdom.

Alongside her mentorship work, Sarah offers a deeply holistic range of bodywork and skin therapies, where touch becomes medicine, and where the body is always listened to. As a qualified corneotherapist, she takes an inside-out approach to skin health, connecting nutrition, metabolic health and cellular function in treatments that go far beyond the surface. Her somatic facials weave together myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, buccal massage, facial cupping, breathwork and sound, inviting the body to release, reset and restore on every level.

Sarah also offers Reiki, No Hands Massage and Reflexology, each session shaped by what the body needs in that moment, creating space for deep rest, energetic rebalancing and genuine healing.

We understand that plans change, so when you’ve booked with us, we offer a 48 hour cancellation requirement. If you cancel 48 hours before your appointment by contacting a member of our team, you can book an alternative day/event. With less than 48 notice, we are unable to offer a refund.
