Rooted in the teachings and archetypes of the Four Winds and evolved through my own gnosis, professional learning, lived experience and trauma-informed nervous system practice, this body of work is what I call Somatic Shamanism — an embodied and grounded approach to healing, reconnection and remembrance.

Each retreat day offers space to work deeply with one direction of the medicine wheel and its corresponding archetype, element and transformational themes.

Together, the wheel becomes a complete healing journey — returning you to the earth, your essence and the interconnected nature of life itself.

Retreat days include ceremonial cacao*, guided somatic and shamanic practices, reflection, meditation and a nourishing plant-based lunch.

While each retreat can be experienced as a powerful stand-alone journey, completing the full Medicine Wheel offers a deeper and more integrated unfolding through body, emotion, mind and heart.
