Sometimes life can be overwhelming and we don’t know where to begin. Or perhaps you’ve never visited the Acorn and you’re not sure of your first step or feel anxious in new places. 

Booking a consultation with Debbie, trained in counselling skills and armed with life skills to support others, you can find a way to weave Acorn offerings into your life. You can talk through your needs and begin to explore some simple tools to begin to lay down a foundation for health and wellbeing.

More About Debbie

Debbie embodies all that is the Acorn working behind the scenes planning and organising with Acorn practitioners bringing retreats and workshops to life.

With 20 years experience in retail, Debbie has always been passionate in building relationships and developing authentic connections with others.

Debbie’s own journey and awareness of self was seeded from a deep connection to cacao and joy found through holistic practices like song and mantras, sound and drumming.

Alongside working Debbie has fuelled her fire through varied training courses such as Mindfulness, a Neurodivergent Wellbeing course and has just completed 2 years Counselling Skills training under the BACP.

This equips Debbie in her desire to facilitate a safe space for others to seen, heard and validated without judgement.

Debbie believes is a gift to be listened to, to allow one’s thoughts to flow and unravel organically to their source to support healing and growth.
Cancellations Policy

We understand that plans change, so when you’ve booked with us, we offer a 48 hour cancellation requirement. If you cancel 48 hours before your appointment by contacting a member of our team, you can book an alternative day/event. With less than 48 notice, we are unable to offer a refund.
